Oh, yes! Not a funny "experiment" - a few months ago. Downstairs in the library there was a group of people (may be from a psychiatric place) with one person making uncontrollable body movements. The same scene I observed in the airport 2 years ago, discussed with people (Santa Claus in Basingstoke, etc.) So, having walked upstairs half-way, I turned back, walked BETWEEN the 'pendulum' and a woman 'prof' who was the guide and stopped abruptly between them. THE PENDULUM STOPPED !

(nr.93) I am very special ! One of only TWELVE people who are registered with the Gosport JobCentrePLUS as jobseekers for longer than 18 months. Wow! Only some ten weeks ago they were issuing 30 letters a month (?), the kind that led to "invesigation" in my case and one week deduction, which I am appealing against currently.
They however have no statistics for people working illegally or having illegal (cash in hand) income. Some of that category actually 'support' foreign workforce.
I wished to meet those 12 (11 actually) people, but was told it's not possible. The figures were revealed to me so as to "explain why they are so concerned about my case".
Next appt. Wed. December 5 at 1.50 (2.00). The PhysSoc lecture is in Portsmouth that day.

NB ! The most difficult posting for me (well over an hour) was on Expatica - about a documentary about Mr. Zhirinovsky and oil price disputes. At some point one or two people emerged looking at me disapprovingly (part of the so-called theatrics).

This morning, determined to post the reply form of the Appeal prior to other correspondence as noted online, I spent good 8.5 hours searching for that large packet and did not find it .... . I'll be asking for the copy asap if I don't find it (in which case I wonder if they'd edit their story). As discussed with (dr.) Leonid Timouchouk a few years ago, one sometimes keeps searching for papers and finds it only after an exaustive search, somewhere in the very last pile of papers or right in front of you. It happens.
That packet is not a small object like a bank card, which I managed to 'drop' somewhere in the (High ?) Street recently.

The 2weeks JSA payment which normally is in the account early Sat. morning, was credited some time today. During the interview with "Sharon" (who still refuses to tell me her surname, but assured me she is not Sharon Baird) she refused to check the jobsearch report and enter the (fin) transaction in the beginning, but started by asking me "the questions". She actually shouted, and her speech and her behaviour reminded me of the BBC correspondenent's experience with the Scientology scum.

As for the Social Security numbers, I noticed that parts of 'Fiscaal' numbers seemed to replicate 'bio' or key dates for an individual. In fact that is good, but it should be explicit (the codes).

Skipping (sordid) details, the direct outcome is my promise to INVESTIGATE if there are indeed so-called BARRIERS to my finding employment. It's a hugely important word and term of the NWO soc.eng.

News yesterday were extraordinary in the hush/hype quality. Old news about Stephen (Iwan on the gravestone) Kizshko who was wrongly accused of raping and killing a child etc. DNA tests helped to find the real culprit. Yorkshire (!) police did a wonderful job.
7/7 (no year indicated) was the date when a Belgian/American woman, harassed and threatened by (as I call them) rotten spooks, had her protection lifted by the police in Brussels.

Gosport JobCentrePLUS: "Sharon" who wouldn't disclose her surname 'because it's very unusual' actually had the temerity to tell me: "Maybe you spend too much time on the Internet. You should be careful what you write! Go and ask them (in the Gosport Library) if they need a cleaner!". Actually I applied for Asst. Librarian vac. here and in Portsmouth in the past - no luck (the discomfort was palpable).
The 3 vacancies 'Sharon' has printed out for me last Wednesday (which I am actively pursuing) are: GSO 4398, GSO 4370 and POR 22677 (on the http://www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/ : sewing machinist, trainee benefits assessor and 'team member' in the bakery (at £4.69-£5.56 per hour).

One 'med. admin' job she has read out to me was in QA hospital in Portsmouth. Olga's daughter might still be working there. [ Our meeting and tel. conversations with Olga, which did not go so well, was one remarkable instance of the details flying to Moscow and the Hague with the speed of light...] In short, Sharon said "We (?) decided it was too far" She did not tell me. Another potential occusation of 'not applying' ?

at an interview in 15 min. time to make the wording of the new contract I signed more precise. 3 coloured cards offering 3 weeks trial (no salary) were given to me by Annie (who wouldn't give me her surname) who said I should be taking them to interviews and give them to employers.

The contract (I was told it's an 'agreement', not a contract) remains the same, but clarified by Sharon (she wouldn't give me her name because 'it's unusual') as follows: if I apply for the job, which I really like and know that I can do, I should enclose the card ( I asked for more and now have 12 ) into the envelope with the CV.
The card actually says:

S-theater 'counted' : a hub of people (big or small) near a post box or paper recycling bins near Morrisons supermarket. Yesterday, as I saw predictable milling (cars and pedestrians) I stopped, holding my waste paper to count - 15 comings and goings in less than a minute. Emptiness before and after. Yesterday I found a letter in my post box addressed to : Miss Yvonne Houghton of 28 Burnhams Walk in Gosport (from Lloyds TSB).
I had similar experience in Holland - getting misdirected mail, which makes one wonder if your letters would be dropped in wrong places. The point is, at my last appt. in Gosport JCPlus, the woman called ' Annie ' (she would not tell me her surname) told me that current job applications I made, according to their 'checks' I did not make.

(nr. 60 ) Banks vs Police: there was smth. in British media a few months ago about banks 'taking over' handling (credit-) bank fraud, although I can't remember all details. Here is my experience: I used my Barclay card last Saturday Oct. 6. Monday morning (8 Oct.) I came to ask if I might have left it in the Cash machine. They double-checked and said 'no'. Since no money was withdrawn, I felt positive it was at home. On Thursday morning 11 Oct. I cancelled it by tel. from the Barclay High Street branch. The new card was in my post Fri/Sat, despite the Postal strike. Yesterday morning I had a letter (dated Mon. Oct. 8) in my post box from Gosport Police station (Property Officer) informing me that .... "Property ....(namely a Barclays bank card) has been recovered and may be claimed by you ...within 28 days ". It turned out a member of public found it in the street. However, the Police ( Andy Gallagher) apologised to me because he destroyed my card by mistake that very day in the morning. He explained, that when they contact the bank in question, they practically always receive an instruction to destroy the card(s), but in my case the bank asked them to send the card to me and provided my address. They never told me that.

There was a case of 14/15 y. o. boy and girl who were 'ordered' to commit a burglary and were beaten up/raped for refusal to do so.

Expatica Forum is to be improved, as the website admin has promised - by the end of July, or in about 2 weeks from now.
Apart from the usual spam, crashes and 'pruning', 2 serious technical problems are: some topics now have one/two/three LAST pages empty/emptied with a false declaration "No posts exist for this topic". Notably thus affected are popular topics by Kathaksung, 'avsie' and one topic by 'niceone'. The 2nd problem was an uncontrolled machine-like registration of 'members', which ran into thousands. Unfortunately, the button "members list" has disappeared, so one cannot see it. There were also discrepancies between Total posts numbers for members, myself included, as displayed in different parts of of the database. Alas, the 'offending' numbers were simply erased.
We keep our fingers crossed.
I shall post now and then a short overview of the Expatica topics here on my website.
My site has no counter and I have not switched on the comments option. So, the feed back is via my e-mail and or via Expatica Forum.

I had an enlightening conversation with Peter Westhorpe - the manager of the Gosport JobCentrePlus yesterday. Keep my fingers crossed.
It turns out the reception desk is staffed by yet another temp/security company.
I could not really ask about extraordinary '3 pairs of eyes' at the reception on Wed. February 28. They now have different people - 'permanent change' indeed.
Could it be the Kestrel agency from Southampton, which is subcontracted by the Gosport Library?
Too many companies, changing company names and logos if you ask me.
By the way, the "11 may" topic this week has mind-boggling BANKING ARRESTS (?) news, which prompts me to remember BARCLAYS bank LOGO.
A few months ago there was a new, changed logo displayed on our High street, which has since been removed (the old one is back). That new logo had an extraordinary semi-abstract underwater siluette - a crown 'sunk', at the bottom of the sea. All in blue shades.
It may be overstretched, but I noticed that THE FOX pub has an old sign, which not in content, but in composition and outlines (green shades instead of blue) featuring lighter center circle with darker perimeter reminds me of that experimental (?) and now removed Barclays sign.

I remember first being aware of strange behaviours (before they turned 'child-molesters') in Gosport and writing: I called them STUMBLING PUMPKING, I didn't know they were called PERPS!

Some of them are regulars and are easily recognisable, their 'trainers' often in close proximity.

Yesterday was the last day of Gateway to Work course in Portsmouth. It's not a big secret that unemployed, who attend so-called courses are often temporarily taken off the unemployment lists or put in a different category, so that figures and statistics look better.

Last but not least! A woman who was next to me in the computer room in Gateway to Work for 2 days and asked me to help her with a Word doc. had just her name and address typed (impossible not to see) with the surname ... PENNOCK.
Perhaps as a follow-up of sorts, an hour later in the Carnegie Library, a visitor showed her card to the receptionist (which was simultaneously for me to see) with "Mrs Carnegie" on it.
Vincent sounded almost alarmed when I phoned him 2 years (?) ago.

(nr.5) The way media (under-) reported Andrei Lugovoi (Lugovoy) statement at his international press-conference yesterday speaks loads. I found The Sun website ref. to it, but did not find the news in 'The Sun' or 'The Times' newsPapers yesterday. Just bought Financial Times - the only paper, which has Lugovoy on its front page today. Two websites, which I commented on in the past: RMN and TheTruthSeeker.co.uk reported NOTHING (as I write this).
Just a glimpse into a greater truth, but how refreshing ... .

(nr.3) Today Expatica Forum apologized for accidentally deleting posts between 11 and 17 April. That includes mine - some about Berezovsky, Litvinenko, 2 technical problems (yet to be solved), child abuse/censorship, Hampshire IT dept polices, etc. I'll have to reconstruct missing bits, which I have saved, luckily.

(nr.2) I have participated in several discussions forums over the years. Currently I post more or less regularly on EXPATICA.COM - Netherlands - Discussions - (mostly) International News.
Under the name 'hantser' I started "Read before May 11 ...." topic and posted about 300 messages so far.

PS - 22 January 2008 : the new (redesigned) EXPATICA website may have disabled old links and references. The topics and ideas are alive and well (hidden inside) but the website is in an abominable state and hardly functional. I take my words "Go Expatica!" back.
